Privacy notice

This notice explains how information provided through this rental website is used.

Rental inquiries

Email links open your email service. Information you choose to send is received by Capital Housing Group at info@capitalhousinggroup.com and used to respond to your inquiry.

Online applications

When online applications are available, the form asks for contact details, your chosen rental and information about your move. These details are used to review your application and communicate with you. An application does not reserve a rental or guarantee approval.

Application information is accessible to authorized rental managers. The site uses Vercel for hosting and, when online applications are enabled, Supabase for application storage and manager authentication. Please do not provide identity documents, bank account details, payment information or other sensitive documents in the form.

Website storage

The public website does not use advertising trackers or store application details in your browser. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. Manager sign-in uses secure cookies to maintain the manager's authenticated session.

Questions or requests
